A Custom Book Club Podcast for You and Your Team
Every great company wants its people to keep growing. That growth helps teams maintain a shared vision, think strategically, and stay driven by a larger purpose.
But between busy schedules, project deadlines, and daily operations, how can leaders effectively encourage meaningful learning moments across an entire organization? Some leaders have tried book clubs, which are effective at distributing thoughtful lessons, but they can be hard to scale. Leaders try workshops or trainings, but those can quickly fade, too.
The difficulty leaders are facing isn't a lack of desire, it's a lack of bandwidth. That's why we created this podcast.
In The Fold, is a private, custom podcast that turns leadership learning into a real conversation, hosted by you. It’s a book club, reimagined and built to meet people where they are: driving, working, or waiting for their kids’ practice to end.

In The Fold
How It Works
A company leader will pick a leadership book of their choice with relevant lessons for their team.
Evan Rosell, President of Sevenfold, will host a limited series podcast season with that leader.
Each 20-minute episode will unpack the book’s lessons and share leadership insights for real-life application.
The series will be produced and privately distributed by Sevenfold, so only your team can listen when and where it works for them.
In our first test, Ben Hutton and Evan Rosell read Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara alongside Hutton's team members.
After just the first episode, people shared how the book’s lessons applied to their own projects, which lead to a noticeable effect on team morale. A common language around service, teamwork, and excellence was given to the organization without adding meetings, scheduling headaches, or “mandatory fun.”
With a new framework for problem-solving, the Hutton team was empowered by this new, authentic learning method that was delivered in a way people were excited to use.
