Founded by Hutton CEO Ben Hutton, Sevenfold was born out of a compelling desire to help organizations find a better way to grow and lead. Ben has since partnered with Evan Rosell to serve as President and lead Sevenfold forward. Anchored within Hutton’s own innovation story and mindset, Sevenfold now exists amongst other service offerings of construction, architecture, real estate development, facility services and energy solutions—all of which allows Hutton to support organizations wherever they are on their growth journey.

EVAN ROSELL

President

Evan brings a rare combination of strategic acumen and relational insight to his work with leaders and organizations. As a former attorney, pastor, statewide public servant and economic development executive, he understands both the “why” and the “how” of getting things done. With deep discernment, he guides teams through the deep but meaningful work of refining vision, aligning strategy and unlocking human potential. He received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and his Juris Doctor (dean’s honors) from Washburn University School of Law.

Ben is a fearless innovator who sees opportunities overlooked by many. As CEO of Hutton, he has guided the company’s success across construction, real estate development, facility management, energy services, and now strategy. Ben founded Sevenfold out of a deep passion to help leaders and organizations find better ways to grow. When not leading Hutton, he brings his vision, creativity, and deep love for people to support over organizations at Sevenfold. He received his bachelor’s degree from Kansas State and MBA from Friends University.
